Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Frankie's Forecast ("the Service") is a relationship companion app operated by Lion Project LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service provides AI-generated hormonal forecasts, coaching advice, and relationship tools based on menstrual cycle data and user-provided relationship information.

The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, counseling, or therapy. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of forecasts or the outcomes of following any advice provided.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Terms

• Free tier: Provides limited access to daily hormonal forecasts at no cost.
• Pro tier: A monthly subscription that unlocks full forecasts, coaching mode, the locker, and cycle calendar. Billed monthly through Stripe.
• Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Prices may change with advance notice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until then.

4. Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be charged for future billing periods. However, we do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at zak@lionproject.org and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
• Abuse the AI coaching feature by submitting harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Lion Project LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lion Project LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that forecasts will be accurate.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lion Project LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
